做法一:
鳊鱼整理好洗净,用刀在鱼身正反两面各划几刀,里外各抹一层盐和料酒腌制15分钟右右。
青红椒切丁,姜切丝备用,锅中放适量油,下鳊鱼煎至一面金黄后翻到另一面,再煎至表面金黄。
放姜丝爆香,加清水调入盐生抽老抽一点白糖开煮,将水只剩下一半时,把魚翻面略煮后加入青红椒丁待断生后开始收汁。
